What is the difference between “Exchange” and “Shop for Something New”?Updated a year ago

When you go through our returns portal you will see we have three options. “Exchange” allows you to simply exchange the item you purchased for a different size. “Shop for Something New” to immediately purchase a different item using the amount of the item you are exchanging as credit. Our third option is a normal return in which you will simply receive a refund for the item you are returning.
